A Peace of Nature kits aim to foster a passion for STEM learning, art, and literacy in youth through hands-on activities.

Each kit will include:

  • A book directly related to an activity which features a typically excluded/underrepresented audience (e.g., girls in STEM, individuals with disabilities, Black scientists, etc.)

  • All the resources required for the feature activity

  • Video tutorials with detailed, step-by-step instructions

By addressing gaps in hands-on STEM learning and connecting young people to nature, we are establishing a STEM identity and encouraging diversity in the field.

Exciting news!

This summer we will be releasing a new kit focusing on environmental justice and growing your own food!

Be sure to sign up to get exclusive announcements about upcoming kit releases and special events that Scientist Symone is hosting!
